Purpose:
The Children’s Ministry of Renaissance Church exists to inspire and teach kids to become everything that God has intended them to be – thriving, confident and mature followers of Christ who are fully committed to changing the world around them.
Mission:
The mission of Renaissance Children’s Ministries is to inspire and teach kids To Love God, Love People, and Live the Mission as the Mosaic of God, by providing age-appropriate ministry that engages them in discipleship, worship, service, outreach and friendship.
Sunday Morning Ministry:

- Elementary (Grades K – 5th)
Each area of RenKidz is uniquely designed to teach kids about God in a way that is fun, impactful and age appropriate.
Team
Every member of our Ren Kidz team has had a background check and has been fingerprinted!!!! We take your child’s safety seriously!
Chris Gonzales
Chris Gonzales was born in Fresno, CA and raised in Medford, Oregon. In 2002 he moved back to the Fresno area where he met his beautiful wife, Ashley. They have been married for 5 years and have two beautiful daughters Christabelle, 3 1/2 yrs old and Cadence, 21 months. He Graduated from California Christian College in 2007 with his Bachelor’s in Christian ministries with an emphasis in christian psychology. He has been serving in children’s ministry for 9 years, which he has been pastoring the last 4 years. The Gonzales’ family moved to Roseville to join Renaissance Church staff in August of 2010. Chris has a unique passion to see the family unit restored the way God intended it to be. He has a deep desire and conviction to see children contend for God to move in them and through them to change the world. “Don’t let anyone look down on you because of you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith, and in purity.“ 1 Timothy 4:12.

Francesca has been serving in our Pre-K class for almost 3 years. She does an amazing job with our young children and they love Miss. Francesca. Keep up the great work and investing in the lives of our children.
Wendy Guerrero
Wendy serves in our infant room. Wendy joined our team back in October of 2011 and has been a wonderful addition to the team. She loves our babies and is a proud mother herself. You do a great job Wendy.

New Series (Preschool-5th Grade)
February 5th – March 25th
Come embark on this eight week adventure as we learn what it means to go into the world and teach others about Jesus. There is “No Mission Impossible” for those that trust in God’s purpose for their lives. Parents don’t forget to pick up your FREE Family Guides at the check-in table. This is a free resource for you and your family to do throughout the week that helps emphasize what your child is learning as they continue to grow in their faith.
Family Snow Tubing Trip
Saturday March 10, 2012
Join us for a fun day in the snow. Bring the whole family, invite your friends. Children in 2nd-5th grade can attend without parent. Children in 1st grade or younger must be accompanied by a parent. Cost is $25.00 per child. Money is due by March 4,2012. You can download your child’s permission slip in our “Resources” tab and turn it in with your money.
